Thank you for taking the time to provide the detailed
feedback. The fact that you came from a
bookmark or a favorities link and the high overall satisfaction desite not
completing your purpose indicates that at some time in the past you found the
site helpful and useful. As far as the
problem of getting started on the practice lab is concerned, I will try to
provide additional guidance on what to do.
However, the nature of the IRS sponsored site is such that although the
password for logging in is commonly available from a SPEC relationship manager,
it is not directly provided on any IRS documents, so you will get stuck part
way through the process.
