mean the pop-up asking if you were interested in providing feeback of your
experience. If you had chosen “NO”, you
would have proceeded on to the site. If
you had chosen “YES”, you would have proceeded onto the site, and the survey
form should have been a pop-under as described in the pop up screen. Is it possible that you may have filled the
survey form before you went onto the web site.
